Recognition of our technical ability has led to our appointment as a Global Service Centre for DVCPRO products, by Panasonic Japan. In this capacity, we maintain a significant spares holding and have all the training, tools and test equipment to provide same/next day turnaround on repairs and service on these technically advanced products.
We are also able in some instances to offer loan units to customers while repairs are being affected.
